🎯 Your Role
We’re hiring an experienced Recruiter to manage talent acquisition for both our corporate team and expanding franchise network. This is a hybrid position, working remotely with travel to our Easton, PA headquarters once per month. Tree care industry experience is a bonus, but not required!
What You’ll Do
- 🔍 Lead Full-Cycle Recruiting – Source, screen, interview, and support onboarding across roles and levels
- 🤝 Partner with Franchisees – Help owners identify hiring needs and provide recruitment support for all franchise partners. Fully staff each franchise location prior to launch.
- 🧑💻 Support Corporate Hiring – Recruit for all corporate positions including marketing, sales, operations, office roles and field positions.
- 📈 Build Talent Pipelines – Use job boards, Source top ATS, social media, and networking to attract top talent
- 🔄 Improve Processes – Optimize workflows and elevate candidate experience
- 📊 Track & Report – Share hiring metrics and ensure compliance with employment regulations.

- ✔️ 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (franchise/multi-location preferred)
- ✔️ Strong communication skills and a proactive, people-first mindset 💬

- ⭐ Experience working in a franchise environment or the green industry.
What We Offer
- 💰 Salary Range: $60,000 – $80,000, depending on experience brought to the team
