No prior insurance experience is required. You'll receive licensing guidance, hands-on training, and support from experienced insurance professionals as you develop your sales, customer service, and business skills.

• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and current customers.
• Learn about insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Business Insurance.
• Identify customer needs and help recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Generate and follow up on leads to develop new customer relationships.
• Assist customers with coverage questions, policy updates, and ongoing service needs.
• Develop sales, communication, and customer service skills through hands-on experience and training.
• Learn and utilize insurance systems, processes, and best practices.
• Meet with customers to review their insurance needs and discuss potential coverage solutions.
• Work collaboratively with team members to provide a positive customer experience.
• Work toward individual and team goals while continuing to develop professionally.

• Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses are preferred but not required to apply. Licensing support and guidance are available for the right candidate.
• Motivated, self-driven, and eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Comfortable working toward individual and team sales goals.
• Willingness to accept coaching, take initiative, and apply feedback.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or relationship-building is a plus, but not required.
