Recruiter – Insurance Agency

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our insurance agency. The Recruiter will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the agency's staffing needs. This role involves developing and executing recruitment strategies, identifying potential candidates, and ensuring a seamless hiring process. The ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of the insurance industry, and a passion for finding and cultivating talent.

Salary Range: $2,000.00 per month

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition techniques and tools, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with insurance industry roles and licensing requirements is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles, including sales agents, customer service representatives, and administrative positions.
• Source potential candidates through online platforms, networking events, career fairs, and industry-specific channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing timely communication and updates to all parties.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to support current and future hiring needs.
• Manage job postings on internal and external platforms, ensuring accurate and compelling descriptions.
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations, and recruitment agencies to enhance the talent pool.
• Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in recruitment.
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
