- Use a customer-focused and needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
