What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shipping Clerk (Part-time) position at Josh's Frogs?
We have an immediate opening for a couple of dedicated, hard-working individuals to join our Shipping team as a part-time Shipping Clerk! As a Shipping team member, your primary responsibilities will be fulfilling orders, identifying inefficiencies, and keeping a clean, organized workspace. If you'd like the opportunity to ship our products internationally and help assure customers receive their orders in perfect condition, we would love to have you join the team!
- Part-time (28 per week)
- Training Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM (first two to three weeks)
- Regular Schedule: Monday and Tuesday 7a-530p, Wednesday Off, Thursday 9a-530p
- $15.00/hour

Day-to-day tasks include:
- Picking, packing, and labeling orders to be shipped
- Identifying inefficiencies and improving the quality of work
- General cleanliness and organizational tasks
- Some heavy lifting up to 50lbs
For this position, you MUST be:
- A fast learner and team player
- Respectful and friendly to coworkers
- Able to multitask
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Very attentive to details
- Organized
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- Be able to pass a respirator fit test and be comfortable wearing a respirator mask for periods of time
Special consideration is given to those with:
- Basic computer knowledge
- Shipping/receiving experience
- Warehouse experience
