We are currently seeking a dedicated and resourceful individual to join our team as a Warehouse Support Associate in our Customer Service Department.
In this role, you will help ensure that all incoming shipments are received, checked, staged, and entered into inventory promptly and accurately. This is essential to preventing delays, misplaced items, and incorrect stock levels. As part of the Warehouse Support team, you’ll help bridge communication between Customer Service, Warehouse, and Shipping, while also assisting with returns and other inventory-related tasks.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include checking in new stock, entering inventory data, handling returns, and staging or checking in items from shows. You’ll also assist with packing materials and animals, preparing outbound shipments, and supporting show prep. In addition, you will help respond to Customer Service help desk tickets by collaborating with the CS team to address product or order-related questions.

- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Training Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

- $15.25/hour Starting Wages

Day-to-day tasks include:
- Ensures all incoming shipments are promptly received, checked, staged, and accurately entered into inventory.
- Helps prevent delays, misplaced items, and inventory discrepancies through careful receiving and data entry.
- Bridges communication between Customer Service, Warehouse, and Shipping to improve workflow and reduce delays.
- Assists with processing returns, answering Customer Service help desk tickets, and preparing for shows.
- Supports animal shipping by packing materials, labeling, and staging outgoing shipments.
- Helps maintain a smooth and on-time fulfillment process by assisting in day-to-day warehouse operations.
- Strong Work Ethic – Must be reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physical Capability – Able to lift heavy objects repeatedly, go up and down stairs, and operate a pallet jack.
- Valid Driver’s License – Must have a valid license and be willing to obtain a chauffeur’s license if needed.
- Tech Competency – Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Asana, and spreadsheets for tracking and communication.
- Excellent Communication Skills – Able to communicate clearly and respectfully in person, over email, and via chat.
- Attention to Detail – Must be precise when checking shipments, updating inventory, and organizing staging areas.
- Team-Oriented Attitude – Able to collaborate effectively and pitch in where needed, even under pressure.
- Prioritization & Safety – Must be able to follow safety procedures while balancing company priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience
- Experience working with live animals or perishable goods
- Knowledge of inventory systems or order fulfillment software
- Experience responding to customer service help desk tickets
- Integrity - Owning mistakes and following through - If they discover an inventory count was entered incorrectly or a shipment was missed, they immediately report the error, correct the information, and communicate with the appropriate team to prevent downstream issues, rather than letting the mistake go unnoticed.
