Job Overview
We are a landscape design/build company seeking an experienced Landscape Crew Member with a minimum of 2 years of hardscape and softscape experience. This role is hands‑on and requires proven skill in:
- Retaining wall installation
- Paver patios and walkways
- Grading and site prep
- Seeding and soil work
- Decorative rock and mulch installation
- Plantings and bed construction
We are not a lawn care company — this position focuses on construction‑based landscape projects.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience driving truck and trailer
- Dump truck operation knowledge
- Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently with a crew
Pay: $15–$30 per hour based on experience
Overtime: Paid overtime available
