What are the responsibilities and job description for the VP and Head of Property Operations position at Joseph Thomas Property Management?
We’re hiring a Head of Property Operations at Joseph Thomas Real Estate in Provo, Utah.
JTRE manages more than 1,100 units, primarily in Provo and Orem. We’re looking for an experienced property-management leader to take ownership of our day-to-day property operations and help us build a stronger, more organized team.
This person will:
- Lead our portfolio managers, onsite teams and maintenance operations
- Oversee leasing, resident communication and property accounting through property and portfolio managers
- Clarify roles, balance portfolios and improve accountability
- Develop policies, procedures and operating standards
- Coach employees and make key staffing decisions
- Monitor property condition, financial performance and overall results
We’re a smaller company (10-15 employees) where this person will have real authority and a direct impact on the team, the properties and the future of the business. We want someone who understands property management, enjoys developing people and can turn good ideas into consistent execution.
Compensation: $80,000-$100,000, depending on experience, plus bonus.
