Financial planning and wealth management firm seeks administrative assistant to manage day to day workflow and office administration. The ideal candidate is polished, has exceptional client service/people skills, is extremely organized, comfortable learning software applications, loves to multi-task, is a team player and demonstrates outstanding attention to detail.
Hours: Mon-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
Position functions
Calendar Management:
- Booking financial planning & investment reviews for clients
- Confirm & reschedule appointments
Meeting Preparation:
- Organize important client information
- Prepare & maintain checklists for advisors
- Compile investment & financial planning reports
Client Service & Marketing
- Open accounts, assist clients with online website
- Establish client relationships and follow-up with customers, as needed.
- Assist with client events
- Support with social media
Office Administration
- Handle incoming / outgoing mail
- Order supplies
- Greet clients
- Answer phones
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
