What are the responsibilities and job description for the Print Production Associate - North Haven/Rocky Hill position at Joseph Merritt & Company, Inc.?
Experience Preferred in the following fields:
- Basic knowledge of digital equipment either Konica, HP, or similar
- Good customer relation skills
- Taking ownership of a job and following through to completion
- Run and monitor digital printers and finishing equipment to verify quality, productivity, and waste to meet established requirements.
- Address production, scheduling, quality and maintenance problems when they arise
- Produce accurate and high-quality printed materials in compliance with job specifications
- Maintain quality control from job to job
Qualifications and Competences
- Read and interpret work instructions, safety guidelines, job instructions, tickets, job bags, charts and other work-related material
- Flexible, diligent, organized, professional and a good communicator
- Must have great communication skills and willingness to help in other areas of Branch.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to commute to Rocky Hill if needed

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
