This position is ideal for someone who enjoys work performance environments, building relationships, solving problems, and closing sales in a consultative environment.
Requirements:- Convert unsold HVAC, plumbing, and electrical estimates into closed sales.
- Execute structured follow-up via phone, text, and email.
- Use consultative selling to address objections and present solutions (incl. financing).
- Drive revenue recovery through upselling, cross-selling, and memberships.
- Manage and prioritize a personal sales recovery pipeline in CRM.
- Coordinate with sales, dispatch, and field teams for seamless execution.
- Track and optimized performance (conversion rates, ticket size, cycle time).
- Maintain strong customer focus, communication, and professionalism.
- Meet targets while adhering to SOPs, compliance, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- 2 years of sales experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain technical information in a clear, customer-friendly manner
