Joseph J. Albanese, Inc. is seeking a full-time Project Engineer to join our Project Management team. As a member of the Project Management department, this individual will report directly to a Project Executive. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:
- Coordinates project activities and tracks materials
- Oversees and monitors production in conjunction with Foreman and Superintendent
- Updates project schedules and assists with job meetings
- Reviews submittals, prepares contract documents, and maintains contract files
- Drafts purchase orders, subcontracts, and change orders
- Ensures accuracy and timeliness of timecard processing
- Submits subcontractor invoices and requests for payment

QUALIFICATONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or a related field
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, HCSS, and scheduling software
- Valid CA driver license
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong work ethic, team player, and attention to detail
