Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, marketing initiatives, and community involvement
- Identify client needs and recommend customized insurance solutions across Property & Casualty and Life products
- Drive new business production while cultivating long-term client relationships
- Use proven sales processes, tools, and follow-up strategies to close business and support retention
- Establish, monitor, and work toward production goals in a results-driven environment
- Maintain consistent pipeline activity and strong follow-through to support growth
- Serve as a trusted resource for clients and a professional representative in the community
Leadership & Career Growth
