Our client is a global manufacturer which makes products for the Consumer Goods markets. This EHSS role is a permanent, full-time, on-site role.
Reporting to the Snr Engineering Manager the role involves:
- Developing environmental policies and procedures & drive continuous improvement
- Submit reports & permit renewals to agencies for waste, chemical storage, etc
- Conduct annual refresher training to all employees
- Investigate all accidents and near misses
- Lead facility safety team walk-throughs
- Develop annual safety goals
The candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Engineering or similar plus 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing business
- Detailed knowledge of relevant regulations
- Team player in a fast-paced environment, comfortable multi-tasking
The base salary for this role is up to $115,000 plus 10% bonus and benefits including health, vision, dental, 401k match, life insurance & PTO.
