Duties
- Use AutoCAD Civil 3D software to produce detailed subdivision maps, ALTA Surveys, topographic surveys, and various survey related maps or exhibits.
- Research boundary and easement title documents and perform boundary analysis.
- Use field crew data files (points), field sketches, photos, and reference maps to prepare survey documents.
- Coordinate work activities to maintain schedules and ensure quality control.
- Develop familiarity with Truxaw's practices, procedures, and standards.
- 5 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced knowledge and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Strong work ethic, detail oriented, professional attitude, good communication, time management.
- Ability to work both independently and with a team.
