- Coordinate referrals and prior authorizations as needed
- Ensure the front desk and waiting area remain organized and welcoming
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology, EHR/EMR systems, and insurance billing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in basic computer applications and office software
- Professional, empathetic, and patient-focused demeanor
- High school diploma or equivalent required
