The Agency Producer plays a key role in driving new business growth and retaining existing clients. This position focuses on generating leads, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored insurance solutions that meet clients’ needs. The ideal candidate is a motivated, sales-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping others protect what matters most.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business through networking, referrals, community involvement, and cold calling
• Conduct needs-based consultations to identify appropriate insurance coverage options
• Present, explain, and sell insurance policies including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial lines
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups, policy reviews, and responsive service
• Handle customer inquiries, policy changes, and assist with the claims process in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain high client retention through proactive communication and exceptional service
• Prepare insurance quotes, process applications, and maintain accurate client records in compliance with agency and state regulations
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals and performance metrics
• Stay current on industry trends, carrier guidelines, and insurance product offerings

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Proven sales ability with a strong customer-focused mindset
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform well in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
