Site Helper/ Construction Laborer
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and dependable Site Helper to support our field operations and construction teams. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, learning the construction industry, and being part of a fast-paced residential construction company. The Site Helper plays a critical role in maintaining clean, organized, and efficient jobsites while assisting project managers, superintendents, carpenters, and subcontractors with daily project needs. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone interested in growing their construction knowledge and advancing within the company.
Pay Range:
$20.00-$24.00
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with jobsite setup, organization, and cleanup.
- Deliver, unload, move, and organize materials and equipment.
- Maintain clean, safe, and professional jobsites.
- Assist carpenters, superintendents, and subcontractors as needed.
- Perform demolition and debris removal.
- Assist with site protection and material staging.
- Pick up and deliver tools, supplies, and project materials.
- Help with punch list items and miscellaneous construction tasks.
- Support project logistics and daily field operations.
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely.
- Perform miscellaneous site work as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Construction experience preferred but not required.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Self-motivated and dependable.
- Ability to follow directions and work independently.
- Effective communication skills. (bi-lingual preferred)
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have reliable transportation with proof of insurance.

Physical Requirements:
The work requires routine walking, standing, sitting, bending, lifting and carrying items weighing less than fifty pounds. Moving items over fifty pounds will be done using team lift. Must meet physical lifting requirements of 50 lbs.
