This is a full-time, on-site role located in Buffalo, NY, for the position of Store Lead. The Store Lead will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, overseeing daily retail operations, driving sales, maintaining an organized and presentable store, and supporting store associates. In addition, the role entails training and mentoring team members to ensure consistent and excellent service delivery while meeting sales objectives.

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships with customers and staff
- Retail Sales experience and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent Organization Skills to ensure smooth store operations and inventory management
- Experience in Training and mentoring team members to enhance performance
- Ability to multitask effectively and work collaboratively in a retail environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus
