About Premium Painting
Premium Painting is a growing professional painting company serving Snohomish County and surrounding areas. We specialize in high-quality residential and commercial painting, including interior and exterior painting, cabinet refinishing, fine-finish millwork, and detailed preparation work.
As we continue growing, we're looking to add another experienced professional painter to our team.
This is not an entry-level helper position. We're looking for someone who understands professional painting, takes pride in their work, can maintain good production without sacrificing quality, and doesn't need constant supervision to complete standard painting tasks.
What You'll Be Doing
- Interior and exterior residential painting
- Commercial painting projects
- Professional masking and jobsite protection
- Scraping, sanding, caulking, patching and priming
- Brush and roller application
- Airless spraying
- Painting trim, doors, baseboards and millwork
- Exterior siding and detailed preparation
- Maintaining clean and organized jobsites
- Working independently and alongside our existing crew
- Following project scopes, specifications and Premium Painting quality standards
Experience with cabinet refinishing, fine-finish spraying, 2K coatings, wood finishing, drywall repair or light carpentry is a strong plus.

A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to projects throughout Snohomish County and surrounding areas are strongly preferred.
Compensation
$28–$35 per hour depending on experience, skill level and demonstrated ability.
We're interested in finding the right person, not simply filling a position.
Painters who demonstrate strong leadership, organization, communication, quality control and the ability to run projects may have opportunities to grow into a Lead Painter / Crew Lead role as Premium Painting continues expanding.
