Immigration AttorneyWe are seeking an experienced Immigration Lawyer with a firm grasp of immigration law. The Immigration Lawyer will be responsible for representing clients in immigration cases, preparing legal documents, and providing legal advice. Other responsibilities include working with individuals as well as companies. We are looking for Candidates who are Bilingual in Spanish/English.This is an excellent position for an Attorney with Immigration experience who is looking for a Partnership or Ownership opportunity. Immigration Lawyer Duties and ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in immigration cases before government agencies and in court proceedingsPrepare legal documents such as applications, petitions, appeals, and waiversResearch and analyze complex immigration law issuesProvide legal advice and counsel on all aspects of immigration lawCommunicate with clients regarding their immigration mattersMonitor changes in immigration law and advise clients accordinglyDevelop strategies to resolve immigration-related problemsEnsure compliance with all relevant laws and regulationsMaintain an up-to-date knowledge of immigration law and trends Immigration Lawyer Requirements and QualificationsJuris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school and admission to a state barAt least 3 years of experience practicing immigration lawExtensive knowledge of immigration law, statutes, practices, and proceduresMust be fluent in SpanishAble to work with clients from diverse backgroundsAble to handle multiple cases simultaneouslyExcellent research, writing, and analytical skillsStrong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skillsAble to work independently and meet deadlines
