What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Office Clerk/Receptionist position at Jorge H. Martinez Attorney at Law?
The candidate for this job will handle both the front desk and the phones for our office. Their tasks include:
- Answering phone calls and transferring to the appropriate person
- Greeting clients and informing the attorneys of their appointments
- Scheduling client appointments
- Receiving money from clients and recording payments
- Receiving packages
The candidate for this job must have the following qualifications:
- Be fully bilingual in English and Spanish
- Have experience with both Microsoft and Google suite.
- Have knowledge of how to use a multi-line phone
As this is a professional work environment, previous experience working in an office is preferred but not required.
