We are growing our team and looking for CDL-A drivers who want consistent OTR miles and a straightforward, professional place to work.

Pay may vary based on experience, miles, route availability, safety, and overall performance.
Home Time
Drivers are typically out for about 2 weeks at a time, with home time discussed clearly before dispatch. Exact home time may vary depending on loads, location, and scheduling needs.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle
- Pick up and deliver freight on assigned OTR routes
- Complete thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Keep equipment clean and report maintenance concerns when needed
- Maintain accurate electronic logs and delivery documentation
- Communicate with dispatch about load status, delays, and delivery updates
- Follow DOT, FMCSA, company, and safety regulations
Requirements
- Current and valid CDL-A (Class A Commercial Driver's License)
- At least 21 years of age, as required for interstate operation under federal rules
- Current and valid DOT medical examiner's certificate
- Must pass required drug screening and a background and motor vehicle record (MVR) check
- Refrigerated (reefer) experience is helpful but not required
- Comfortable operating late-model automatic and manual equipment
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Acceptable driving record
- Ability to operate safely in OTR conditions
