- Assists teachers & directors looking for specific costumes and props
- Document all items being rented on the rental spreadsheet
- Keep inventory updated on the spreadsheet
- Prepare rental invoices
- Check returned costumes for damage and make sure they have been cleaned
- Enter new inventory on the spreadsheet and mark each item for identification
- A working knowledge of historical periods, cultures, and styes of dress
- Some sewing skills for costume repair when necessary
- Experience working with a computer spreadsheet
- Working knowledge of costume care and storage

General Function:
The Jordan School District Costume Warehouse Manager is responsible to perform a variety of duties related to the rental and maintenance of the costume and prop collection. Organizes the costumes and props. Prepares costumes and props for rental. Assists teachers in finding costumes for their specific production. Fills out the rental agreement and spreadsheet for the rental of costumes and sends invoices to schools.
