Title: Employee Shuttle Driver
Reports To: General Manager
Department: Employee Services
Summary of Position: Responsible for transporting guests and/or employees between the Company’s properties and stop areas in a safe manner according to the Company Driver Agreement Policy.
Responsibilities:
● Transport guests and/or employees between the Company’s properties and designated stop areas in a safe and efficient manner
● Provides highest level of customer service and give assistance if necessary
● Be knowledgeable and helpful to passengers and guests as to schedules and services
● Strictly follow Company’s lost and found program
● Ensure vehicle is clean, fueled, and in safe working condition, noting any issues to Manager; performs pre & post shift vehicle inspections using Company inspection Forms and Vehicle Logs
● Understand company’s ISO (Environmental & Quality) management systems, policies, goals, and initiatives and meet the specific responsibilities within these areas.
● Adherence to associated Duties Checklist and other related duties as assigned Position Requirements
● Superior customer services skills, strong communication skills and a team player
● Work a variety of day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
● Safety oriented paying attention to all traffic rules and Company Driver Agreement Policy
● Provide a clean driving record on a MVR background check
● Pass a pre-employment drug screen
Knowledge and Experience
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: Six (6) months in a hotel/resort setting preferred Resort/ National Park Concession experience preferred
