I opened my agency in January 2025, and we’re currently a growing team of three. Before launching my own office, I spent a couple of years working for another State Farm agent, stepped into the car industry for a bit, and ultimately found my way back to agency life where I knew I belonged.
I offer three weeks of PTO, flexible hours, and reimbursement for licensing costs. I’m looking for someone who is goal-oriented, dependable, and a true team player. Strong communication skills and the ability to build meaningful customer relationships are essential. Most importantly, I want someone who takes pride in supporting the office, uplifting their teammates, and growing both personally and professionally as we build this agency together.
