Job Responsibilities
- Implement B2B sales strategies to prospect for and acquire new corporate, fleet, and small business clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial client outreach and needs analysis to vehicle delivery and long-term account maintenance.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our commercial vehicle inventory, highlighting features and benefits relevant to business operations.
- Stay current on Ford market trends, product updates, and certifications to serve as a trusted advisor to our business clients.
- Utilize CRM software to manage client accounts, track sales activities, and forecast opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand our market share within the B2B segment.
- Collaborate with leadership to review monthly sales plans and performance metrics.
- Maintain high standards for client satisfaction and account profitability.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience, education and prior sales training are a PLUS. Additional training will be provided to help develop your sales talents
- Dependable, responsible and dedicated
- Sensitive to client’s needs, can develop warm client relationships
- Comfortable with computers & software
