Jordan Credit Union seeks an employee who cares about the financial needs of our members and will do everything they can to make our member's day better. HOURS
Tuesday through Friday from 8:45am to 6:15pm. Saturdays from 9:45am to 2:15pm. Rotating Mondays from 8:45am to 1:45pm.
DUTIES
Virtually greet members; assess their needs and concerns; take initiative to develop solutions to ensure member satisfaction. Virtually receive and accurately process member financial transactions, including but not limited to, deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments; transfer amounts from member accounts as directed. Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous service while maintaining compliance with Credit Union policy. Fill out applicable forms accurately and legibly as dictated by the service.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be 18 years or older and fluent in English and Spanish.
