As we continue to grow our digital footprint, we're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can scale results across Google, Microsoft, and Amazon Ads through smart strategy, constant testing, and deep e-commerce expertise.
What You’ll Do:
In this role, you’ll manage and optimize ad campaigns across key performance channels. You’ll work closely with our creative and merchandising teams, leveraging data and real-time results to drive growth and improve ROI.
Google Ads:
- Run and optimize Google Search Ads
- Manage Google Shopping campaigns
- Launch and refine Google Performance Max (P-Max) Ads
- Oversee Google Display and YouTube/Demand Gen campaigns
- Work withData Feeds to ensure accurate, dynamic, and optimized product listings
Microsoft Ads:
- Run Microsoft Search Ads across Bing and DuckDuckGo
- Launch Microsoft Shopping and P-Max campaigns
Amazon Advertising:
- Set up and manage Amazon Sponsored Product Ads
- Launch and optimize Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Brands Video
- Run Amazon Sponsored Display campaigns
- Regularly adjust and maintain Amazon storefronts and product listings to support paid strategy
Creative Optimization:
- Edit and optimize short-form videos for YouTube and ad use
- Constantly test different messaging, creative angles, and campaign strategies
- Analyze performance data and report on campaign results, making adjustments in real-time
What We’re Looking For:
- Must have direct e-commerce advertising experience
- Proven track record managing $50k–$150k/month Google Ads programs
- Experience running Microsoft Ads across Bing and DuckDuckGo
- Hands-on experience launching and scaling Amazon Ad campaigns
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central and feed automation tools
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
- Ability to manage Google Data Feeds and troubleshoot product feed issues
- Comfortable editing video content for performance channels
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Bonus Points:
- Background in fashion, apparel, or streetwear
- Familiarity with A/B testing platforms and performance attribution tools
Location Requirement:
- Candidates must be based in New York or New Jersey. While this role is primarily remote, occasional in-person meetings and content shoots may be required.
Salary:
$50,000 - $60,000 per year
