We’re looking for an experienced Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager who wants more than just another job — someone who wants to bring their experience, make an impact, and grow with our agency.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and service a portfolio of commercial accounts
- Handle new business and renewal marketing
- Review coverage, quotes, policies, and endorsements
- Work directly with carriers and wholesalers to negotiate competitive terms
- Build strong, long-term client relationships
- Identify cross-selling and account growth opportunities
- Help improve agency workflows and mentor team members
What We’re Looking For
- 10 years of commercial insurance experience
- Strong commercial coverage and account management knowledge
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- AMS360 experience preferred
- A proactive, client-focused, team-oriented mindset
