What You’ll Do
- Assist commercial clients with day-to-day insurance needs
- Communicate with customers by phone and email
- Process certificates, policy changes, and service requests
- Follow up with insurance companies and underwriters
- Assist with renewals and new business
- Review insurance documents for accuracy
- Keep client and policy information organized and up to date
Who We’re Looking For
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English — required
- Friendly and comfortable working directly with customers
- Detail-oriented and well organized
- Responsible and able to follow through on tasks
- Good communication and computer skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous insurance experience preferred
- Commercial insurance experience is a strong plus
