Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Producer at Jordan A. Mitchell Insurance Services in Detroit, MI. The Producer will be responsible for generating new business by identifying and contacting potential clients, building and maintaining relationships with current clients, and providing tailored insurance solutions to meet client needs. Responsibilities also include conducting risk assessments, preparing insurance quotes, handling policy renewals, and ensuring excellent customer service. Some work from home is acceptable as part of this hybrid role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or as an insurance agent
- Strong understanding of auto, home, and life insurance products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to perform risk assessments and provide suitable insurance solutions
- Proficiency in insurance quoting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team in a hybrid environment
- Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
