Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Support: Step in to run the store, open or close the premises, and manage operations when the Store Manager is away.
- Customer Service & Sales: Deliver a pop-culture-infused shopping experience, drive key performance indicators (KPIs) like UPT (Units Per Transaction) and ADT (Average Dollar Transaction), and assist customers on the floor.
- Register & Cash Handling: Process sales transactions, handle add-on sales, close out registers, and report cash overages or shortages to management.
- Merchandising & Visual Standards: Execute planogram changes, update wall and fixture displays, keep the sales floor zoned, and maintain the stockroom.
- Team Training: Train and coach new Sales Associates to help them acclimate to the store culture.
- Loss Prevention: Monitor the store and work with management to deter theft.
