Essential Functions:

• Maintain a list of active students
• Provide a schedule of meetings and activities
• Maintain financial records and be financially responsible for the actions of the activity
• Keep up to date with all required paperwork
• Keep records of attendance and agendas for meetings
• Plan and supervise all meetings, events, performances, and contests

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, talk, and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand or sit. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and depth perception. Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
