We are looking for an experienced Landscaping Laborer to join our crew. This is a hands-on outdoor role servicing commercial and residential accounts across Delaware. We're looking for someone who knows the work, takes pride in it, and is ready to contribute from day one.
Responsibilities
- Mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing
- Planting, mulching, and general landscaping installs
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely
- Assist with hardscape projects including patios, walkways, and retaining walls
- Maintain equipment and tools regularly

- Prior experience in mowing, lawn care, or landscaping
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable, hardworking, and a strong team player
- Basic mechanical knowledge
