Production Supervisor

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in factory environments and be adept at managing assembly lines. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to effectively lead a team while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities, ensuring efficient workflow on the assembly line.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to enhance performance and productivity.
• Monitor equipment operation and perform regular inspections to maintain optimal functionality.
• Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the manufacturing facility.
• Maintain accurate records of production metrics, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for assembly tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or factory setting.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Familiarity with assembly line processes and warehouse operations.
• Experience operating forklifts is preferred.
• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to manufacturing tasks.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
