What You’ll Do
- Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations
- Assist with tax planning strategies and projections
- Collaborate with partners on advisory engagements
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Mentor and support staff accountants and interns
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 3 years of public accounting tax experience
- Technical Skills: Experience with 1040, 1065, and 1120/1120S returns and projections
- Licensure: Active CPA license preferred
- Client Focus: Experience working with privately held businesses and individuals
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work directly with clients and partners
- Team Mindset: Collaborative, proactive, and eager to contribute
