Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager (CPA) with 4–8 years of assurance experience serving not‑for‑profit organizations, employee benefit plans, or/and privately held businesses. The Audit Manager will oversee client engagements, supervise team members, and maintain strong client relationships. This role offers opportunities for advancement, as well as FlexLife and hybrid work arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage audit and assurance engagements from planning to completion
- Lead and supervise interns, staff, and senior accountants
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify opportunities to add value to clients and improve processes
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, GAAS, and firm quality standards
- Participate in firm initiatives and niche industry teams
Required Qualifications
- Active CPA license
- 4–8 years of public accounting experience in audit/assurance
- Strong technical skills in GAAP, GAAS, and financial reporting
- Experience supervising and developing staff
- Excellent communication and client service skills
Preferred Qualifications
Audit experience with:
- Employee Benefit Plans (EBP)
- Privately held businesses
- Construction industry
- Reviews and compilations
