Jones Networking is recruiting for experienced Mortgage Loan Closers to join a growing Residential Lending Firm in Reston, VA. Closer Position Summary:
-Complete Declining Balance Co-ownership transactions between establishment, sellers and borrowers after applications have been approved.
-Verify completeness of data on approved applications.
-Prepare closing packages.
-Ensure paperwork is sent to settlement attorney.
-Approve CD and wire money for closings.
-Review files as a check and balance for data integrity.
-Answer questions from buyers and sellers relating to details of transaction and obtains signatures of principal parties on necessary documents.
Qualifications Summary:
-Minimum two years experience is a Closing position within a mortgage banking environment.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
-Strong attention to detail.
-Exceptional organizational skills.
-Associate's Degree is a plus.
