Electronics Technician

Jones Networking is recruiting for an Electronics Technician to join a global machinery company that is a leader in high-performance weaving machinery and textile technology. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in electronic circuit board repair, component-level troubleshooting, and motor repair. Electronics Technician Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and test complex electronic circuit boards and control systems.
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Identify faulty components through testing and diagnostic equipment.
- Perform de-soldering and soldering to replace defective electronic components.
- Repair motors and other electro-mechanical parts used in industrial textile machinery.
- Maintain detailed documentation of repair processes, test results, and parts used.
- Collaborate with engineering and service departments to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure all repairs meet company safety, performance, and quality standards.
Electronics Technician Requirements:
- 1 years of experience in electronic circuit board repair — including component-level diagnosis and rework is required.
- Proven experience in motor repair or electromechanical troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Strong soldering/de-soldering skills using appropriate tools and safety methods.
- Familiarity with test equipment such as oscilloscopes and multimeters.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial repair environment preferred.
- Associate degree or technical certification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics preferred.
- High attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work independently.
