Automotive Sales Manager Trainee
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our dealership sales team and help drive overall performance. The Sales Manager Trainee will work closely with dealership leadership to learn daily sales operations, team development, and deal management while building the skills needed to transition into a Sales Manager role. This is a hands on leadership role focused on supporting sales staff, working deals, and ensuring an excellent customer experience from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys learning and developing new skills.
What You’ll Do
- Support Sales Managers with daily sales floor operations
- Assistwith desking and structuring vehicle deals
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards
- Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve individual and dealership sales goals
- Helpmaintaina strong customer experience frominitialcontact through delivery
- Collaborate with Finance, Service, and Management teams to support overall dealership success
