Role Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Controller / Accounting & Operations Manager to oversee our company’s financial operations while managing key administrative and HR-related processes.
This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who thrives in a small-to-mid-sized business environment and is comfortable wearing multiple hats across accounting, payroll, compliance, and employee administration. You will play a critical role in maintaining financial accuracy, ensuring compliance, and supporting smooth day-to-day operations across the business.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting practices, financial reporting, and budget management
- Strong knowledge of financial compliance regulations and internal controls
- Experience with payroll processing and management
- Analytical skills and attention to detail for assessing financial data and trends
- Proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheet tools such as Excel
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate with internal teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is a plus
