About the Role
We are seeking a Division 8 & Division 10 Commercial Construction Estimator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who already has experience in commercial estimating or a motivated, detail-oriented up-and-comer who is eager to learn and grow in the industry.

What You’ll Do
- Review and interpret architectural drawings and project specifications
- Prepare accurate estimates for Division 8 (Doors, Frames & Hardware) and Division 10 (Specialties) scopes
- Analyze project requirements and identify scope gaps, conflicts, and assumptions
- Navigate hardware schedules and become fluent in hardware nomenclature (it is tricky—we get it)
- Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and internal team members
- Ask questions, think critically, and work confidently in the gray areas of construction documents
- Spend a good part of the day at your desk—focused, organized, and detail-driven
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in commercial construction estimating is preferred, especially in Divisions 8 and/or 10
—but we are absolutely open to a driven, coachable candidate who wants to grow - Ability to read and understand plans and specifications
- Comfort working independently and managing multiple bids at once
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Willingness to learn hardware terminology and systems
- Excellent attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to improve
- Coachable, receptive to feedback, and eager to be part of a team
