Jones Junction is looking for an experienced, dependable, and detail-oriented Automotive Billing Clerk to join our Accounting team.

If you already understand the fast pace of a dealership accounting office, know how important it is to get every deal billed correctly, and take pride in accurate, organized work, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

We are looking for someone who can step into a busy automotive environment, work closely with our Sales, Finance, and Accounting teams, and help keep our deals moving.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Billing new and used vehicle deals
• Reviewing deal jackets for accuracy and completeness
• Verifying contracts and supporting documentation
• Checking deals for missing signatures, forms, or information
• Entering and maintaining accurate information in dealership systems
• Working closely with Sales Managers and Finance Managers to resolve discrepancies
• Ensuring deals are processed accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining organized records and files
• Assisting with additional dealership accounting responsibilities as needed

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS

• Experienced in automotive dealership billing or accounting
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Accurate and efficient with data entry
• Comfortable handling a high volume of paperwork
• Able to identify errors before they become problems
• Dependable and able to meet deadlines
• Comfortable communicating with multiple departments
• Able to work independently while also being part of a team
• Experienced with dealership accounting systems and processes
