About the Role:
We’re looking for a hands-on, customer-focused Quick Lane Service Advisor or Manager to lead our fast-paced express service operation. The ideal candidate has a strong background in tires, oil & lube services, and basic maintenance, with experience at a Big O Tires, Firestone, or similar service center.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily Quick Lane operations to ensure efficient workflow and top-tier customer service
- Advise customers on maintenance and repair needs, including tires, brakes, oil changes, and inspections
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service completion
- Manage customer check-in/check-out, estimates, and invoicing
- Support a positive, team-oriented shop culture
Qualifications:
- 2 years experience in a service advisor or management role within a quick service or tire environment
- Strong understanding of light maintenance services
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- Proven ability to manage workflow efficiently and deliver outstanding customer satisfaction
