Our High-Volume Service Department needs to hire Ford Service Technicians to service our large owner base, perform both factory repairs and also basic auto maintenance, minor repairs, etc.
Candidate MUST have automotive repair experience. Ford Certified tech experience is preferred.

Responsibilities - Ford Technician.
- Performing vehicle repair with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to drive Customer loyalty.
- Conducting multi-point inspections to make appropriate recommendations to ensure safety and reliability of Customer vehicles.
- Communicating with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and Customer communication.
- Record inspection data via PC based software
- Keep shop area neat and clean and account for tools
- Follow safety procedures
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Technical training (UTI, AAI, Ford Fact, Asset, Etc)
- Must have own tools
- Great mechanical skills
- The Desire for a long-term career
- Attention to detail a MUST
- ASE Certifications a plus!
- Strong computer skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast paced environment
- Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
