About the Role:
Our Main Ford/CDJR Service Department is seeking an experienced, motivated Service Advisor to join our team. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a busy dealership environment, understands the repair order process inside and out, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist service customers professionally and promptly
- Create accurate repair orders and service recommendations
- Communicate effectively with technicians and parts departments
- Provide timely updates to customers and ensure satisfaction upon delivery
- Support dealership CSI and retention goals
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience as a dealership service advisor (Ford, CDJR, or similar brands preferred)
- Strong knowledge of dealership systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or equivalent)
- Excellent communication, organization, and upselling skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
