Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot
- Build rapport and guide customers through the vehicle buying process
- Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features, technology, and benefits
- Follow up with internet leads, phone leads, and showroom traffic
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and customer communication
- Complete sales paperwork and coordinate vehicle deliveries
- Generate repeat and referral business through excellent customer service
- Stay current on Ford products, financing options, and dealership promotions
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of automotive sales experience REQUIRED
- Fluent in both Spanish and English preferred
- Strong closing, communication, and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Basic computer and CRM skills
- Valid Arizona driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
