Key Responsibilities
- Lead roadway, stormwater, and site development projects from kickoff to completion.
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality, ensuring every project meets client expectations.
- Build and mentor project teams of engineers, technicians, and support staff.
- Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and nurture client relationships.
- Present technical solutions and project updates to clients, stakeholders, and public officials.
- Drive business development by fostering long-term client partnerships
- Education/Experience: BS in Engineering, Science, Architecture, Management, or related field or equivalent progressive experience in municipal civil/environmental projects.
- Experience: 8 years of consulting or related professional experience; 12 years preferred for those without a degree.
- Licensure: Florida PE, PG, or Architect registration may be required.
- Other: Valid Driver’s License and acceptable MVR.
