Description:
Jones Edmunds is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to one or more senior executives. This role ensures seamless operations, manages executive priorities, and supports organizational efficiency in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
What You'll Do:
- Manage executive calendars, schedules, and priorities
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and events
- Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence and reports
- Generate reports and summarize data
- Maintain and archive documents
- Serve as liaison between executives, staff, and clients
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Assist with facilities coordination and office operations
- Run business-related errands as needed
Who You Are:
- High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred
- 10 years of administrative experience including 3 years of reporting to a executives
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Strong communication and writing ability
- Excellent organization and prioritization
- Valid Driver's License
